  • The reason for return

  • Any photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

💰 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
