Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the UK. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): Free for orders over £50; otherwise, a flat rate will apply.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available at an additional cost.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping within the UK. Expanding to additional countries is in progress — stay tuned.
Shipping Providers
We work with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Hermes, and other reputable couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at piecewhimsy@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if eligible.
